Shawn forged his work hard, play hard m.o. during years spent living in Brooklyn. A licensed architect in New York with more than 11 years of professional experience, Shawn is constantly probing the boundaries of traditional practice. His recent experience includes teaching at Cornell University and a stint as the Design Director for NY Projects, where he collaborated with internationally renown architects and designers on several collections of design art and furniture. Shawn is also co-founder of Analog Projects, LLC, a multi-disciplinary collaborative melding the realms of academia and professional practice. Shawn holds a B.Arch from Virginia Tech and an M.Arch from Cornell University, and his interests include motorcycles, Belgians, tequila, scuba, cliff diving, underground Thai boxing and traveling the developing world.
